New paper published in ACS Applied Energy Materials on the use of niobium carbide as a facile precursor for tailored niobium oxide / carbon hybrid electrode materials for high performance lithium-ion batteries. The work was done in collaboration with Saarland University (Guido Kickelbick), TU Darmstadt (Bastian J. M. Etzold), and the Leibniz Institute for Plasma Science and Technology.

New paper published in ChemSusChem on dual-zinc-ion desalination. The system consists of two zinc foils as redox electrodes with flowing ZnCl2 electrolyte; thereby, the system holds the promising of being continued to be developed for continuous operation. The work was done in collaboration with Fuming Chen (South China Normal University).
